Empowering Your Journey To Better Health and Wellness
Health changes throughout our lives, and your care should evolve with you. My approach combines evidence-informed medicine with practical, personalized strategies to help you better understand your body and feel confident in the choices you make for your health.
Whether you're navigating hormonal changes, metabolic health concerns, or simply want to feel and function at your best, we'll focus on meaningful changes that support your health today and for the years ahead.

How We Work Together
Clarity isn't having all the answers at once. It's understanding what's happening, knowing what matters, and having a plan for what comes next.

Understand
Make sense of what’s happening.
We start with your symptoms, health history, life stage, and the factors that may be contributing. This is where we replace “What is happening to me?” with understanding.

Prioritize
Figure out what matters most right now.
Not every abnormality needs fixing and not every symptom needs five supplements. We identify the biggest opportunities and decide what deserves attention first.

Plan
Turn what we know into clear next steps.
Together, you get an evidence-informed plan that fits your symptoms, goals, preferences, budget, and actual life.

Evolve
See what’s working and build from there.
We reassess, track meaningful changes, adjust what isn't helping, and build on what is—so your care evolves as you do.

What Makes This Approach Different?
My goal isn't to give you an overwhelming list of things to change. We'll work together to understand what's happening, prioritize what matters most, create a realistic plan, and adjust that plan as your needs change.

Do I Have to Take a lot of Supplements?
No. Supplements may be appropriate in some situations, but they're only one tool. Recommendations are based on your individual needs and may include nutrition, movement, sleep, stress support, medications or hormone therapy discussions with your prescribing provider, and other evidence-informed strategies

I Don't Even Know What's Wrong. Can I Still Book?
Absolutely. You don't need to arrive with a diagnosis, or even know exactly which symptom matters most. Part of my role is helping you make sense of the bigger picture. We'll start with what you're experiencing, identify what deserves attention, and create clear next steps together.
